The 53 patients were divided into 2 groups: the first one performed pushups and squats 3 times per week for 12 weeks, while the control group did not do any resistance exercise.

After 12 weeks, the effects were compared. In the exercise group, people greatly raised the fat-free and muscle mass and lowered the levels of iron, insulin, and fatty liver. The Burpee

Position your feet about hip-width apart and squat to the floor, placing your hands on the floor in front of you. Now jump the feet out and come to a pushup position, on the hands and toes with the body in a straight line. Then, return to start position, by jumping the feet back.

The Pull Up

This extremely powerful exercise can tone your back to an impressive level. Yet, it may be difficult at the beginning, so you can practice a little with some simpler alternatives before you finally succeed in it.

SQUAT

Stand straight and part your feet to the width of your shoulders and put your hands stretched forward for extra balance. Bend your knees and lower yourself. The knees need to be at 90 degrees angle, while the thighs need to be parallel to the floor. Keep your back straight, without letting your knees extend over your toes. Get back to the starting position

The Push Up

You can perform two different ways either on the floor like you would a normal push up or starting out on a box which will tighten your core and arm strength.

Begin by getting into a good push up position. Go down like you would a regular push up and push yourself up off the ground and clap, go back to the starting position

The Lunge

This is so perfect for inner thighs. Stand with your feet set about twice shoulder width apart, your feet facing straight ahead. Clasp your hands in front your chest. Shift your weight over to your right leg as you push your hips backward and lower your body by dropping your hips and bending your knees. Your lower right leg should remain nearly perpendicular to the floor. Your left foot should remain flat on the floor. Without raising yourself back up to a standing position, reverse the movement to the left. Alternate back and forth.

Spiderman Plank

Start in a traditional plank position with your forearms on the ground and your body perfectly straight. Bring your right knee forward towards your right elbow, then return to the plank position. Repeat by bringing your left knee toward your left elbow

The Skater

Perform a reverse lunge with your back leg slightly at an angle. Leap to the side and bring the opposite leg behind you, only tapping your toe to the ground. Immediately jump back the other direction and continue alternating until you feel the burn.Repeat the move towards the right

The Plank

Begin on all fours, with hands directly under shoulders, knees and feet hip-distance apart and fingers spread out. If you’re a beginner, rest on your forearms instead. (This also applies to all subsequent exercises.)

Note that you should not raise the bottom or lower the waist. You should feel comfortable while holding this position. While standing in this way, you will tone the arm muscles, the abs, the back and the anterior thigh muscles.

Jumping Rope

Skipping is a perfect substitute for running, and it will help you burn a ton of calories, and tone the arms and legs. Also, you can try doing a ‘phantom’ skip where you toss the rope to the side and pretend to jump rope by going through the motions.

The Get Up

This triceps move will engage the core muscles to an extremely high extent, so you can finally achieve a flat, toned and fat-free belly.
