30 DAY FULL BODY KILLER WORKOUT!
So I have been looking at all of these 30 day workout challenges and do it yourself at home stuff because of my busy schedule…well so I combined a few and designed my own 30 day full body workout plan!! Enjoy!
Takes about 30 minutes.
Cardio (by week). (To be completed only on workout days)
- 20 second sprint, 15 second jog (5x)
- 30 second sprint, 40 second jog (6x)
- 45 second sprint, 60 second jog (7x)
- 60 second sprint, 45 second jog (8x)
How much exercise is enough to lose weight?
The best time for training is around 30 to 60 minutes, but this changes from person to person and depending on how much weight you would like to lose.
Whenever you would like to lose weight, shoot for at least 200 minutes (more 3 hours) a week by moderate intensity workout with everything additional consistent. If you burn calories and exercise, you’ll be able to get away with a minimum dose of 150 minutes a week.
