5 Simple Exercises To Get Boobs You Always Wanted

Now, how does exercises work to increase breast size? During workouts, your breast is being forced to develop because the exercises you perform build up the pectoral muscles, and also the fat and glandular tissues in your boobs. There are a lot of exercises that you could do that would give you firm and toned boobs.

  1. Breast enlargement push ups

Start in a traditional push up starting position, your feet a couple of inches apart and your arms directly under your shoulders. Keep your abs tight and drop your body straight down bending just your arms. Go back to the starting position. Repeat.

Kneel with back to wall, hands on floor slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. One at a time, place feet on wall slightly higher than shoulders (as shown). Hold for 30 seconds, then do push-ups for 30 seconds, keeping arms close to body. (Make it easier: Place feet on floor.)

Dumbbells are necessary for this workout. Holding the dumbbells firmly, stretch out both arms parallel to the floor. Lift the dumbbells and at the same time lower your arms to their position.

  1. Chest Dips

Chest dips work well either on a bench or on the floor. Place your hands behind you onto a bench. Extend your legs and start bending your elbows. Lower yourself until your arms are at a 90 degree angle and then come back up.

  1. Elevated push ups

With your arms placed on the floor, lift your legs getting aid from a Swiss ball or sofa. Keep lifting your legs till you can’t go further, then lower yourself and push yourself up again. This might seem hard but it really works well on your pectoral muscles.
