Burn FAT: 5 Minute Morning Workout
Mornings are, to put it bluntly, hell for some of us. The sound of the alarm clock violently ringing in our ears rips us out of rest and puts us instantly in a bad mood. Worst of all, we’re completely aware of being in a bad mood, but believe we’re powerless to stop it. We have to wait until the mood burns off and hope we don’t do anything we’ll regret later. It really doesnt have to be like this though you can easily boost your mood in the morning with a simple 6 minute morning workout that will help you lose weight and wake you up, starting off your day in a different direction.
Stand with feet a little shoulder-width apart, Extend arms out straight so they are parallel with the ground, palms facing down. Act as if your about to sit in an invisible chair and go down as far as you can. Make sure your knees dont go past your toes.
One leg push up
Get to pushup position, hands shoulder width. Lift one leg up without over extending it towards your back. Keep it straight. Tighten your core and butt then perform one strict push up. Do 5 times per leg. Rest 30 seconds per set.
Lose your tummy weight naturally by doing this amazing exercise for 5 minutes a day. Get into a press-up position. Bend your elbows and rest your weight on your forearms. Your body should form a straight line from shoulders to ankles. Suck your belly button into your spine to engage your core. Hold in this position for a few seconds, and prolong this with time, as you are more experienced.
Lie flat on the floor with the lower back pressed into the ground. Place your hands slightly either side of your head, do not lock your fingers or pull the head up. Lift your knees to a 45 degree angle. Slowly go through a bicycle pedal motion with the legs. Alternately touching your elbows to the opposite knee twisting back and forth through the core, keep the elbows back rather than forward to the chest as this could strain the neck
