• 2 tbs. oatmeal
• 1 cup or 250ml organic kefir. Low-fat yogurt is also an option.
• 1 tsp. cocoa powder
• 1 tsp. milled flaxseed
• 5-7 fleshy prunes
What you do:
1. Prepare it in the evening, but consumed in the morning.
2. First, pour 100ml boiling water over the prunes. You can put the prunes in a bowl. Then cover them and leave for about 10 minutes. In a separate bowl put the oatmeal, cocoa and flaxseeds add the kefir and mix all together.
3. Slice the prunes and add them to the mixture. You can also use a food processor to get a paste.
4. Mix together and put in the fridge until morning.
