Face mapping can tell you what’s really going on inside your body

Did you know you can see the problem you have on your inside of your body by looking at your skin? Face map our entire body, the face is a way to find out about your body it is divided by fourteen different zones. Each zone is examined and provides an insight of the problems. This will not only treat your skin blemishes but it could also treat the underlying health problem that could’ve caused such skin problems as well.

Skin blemishes in the face can still be a cause of direct external factors but frequent, recurring problems could mean something more. Look into your body’s health with the help of face mapping and find out what your skin is telling you.

Zones 1&3 – Forehead: Digestive System & Bladder

If you are having frequent breakouts in this area it could indicate that your digestion isn’t working the way it should be, it’s possible that toxins are build up n the bladder as well. It might be time to do a detox or change out your diet to get rid of this extra waste in your body. Make sure to drink more water to help your bladder as well.

Zone 2 – Between the Eyebrows: Liver

When the problem is in this area it might mean that your liver is suffering. If you can cut back on alcohol and greasy foods to give you liver a break from working so hard. This area also indicates that you might have a food allergy like lactose intolerant, so examine your face maybe it’s a certain thing you’re eating.

Zones 4&10 – Ears: Kidneys

The ears can be associated with the kidneys. If the ears feel hot or if it’s breaking out, this could mean dehydration. Make sure to drink plenty of water and cut back on salt and dehydrating foods such as caffeine and alcohol.

Zones 5&9 – Upper Cheeks: Respiratory System

When you have problems in this area like puffiness, spots or even broken capillaries it could indicate that your respiratory system is in distress. Even if you don’t smoke, your respiratory system can be affected by air pollution. To fix this problem make sure to get fresh air to keep your respiratory working normally again.

Zones 6&8 – Eyes: Kidneys

The eyes are also indicative of kidney problems. Conditions such as dark under-eye circles, although most often hereditary, may worsen due to dehydration and poor elimination. Make sure to drink plenty of water and cut back on salt and dehydrating foods such as caffeine and alcohol.

Zones 7 – Nose: Heart

The nose is connected to the heart.  Do you having redness or swelling it might be that you have high blood pressure or an early symptom of rosacea. Try changing your diet to foods that will lower your blood pressure like nuts, avocados, fish and even flax seeds. Make sure to lower your salt intake and replace it with more fruit and vegetables.

Zones 11&13 – Lower Cheeks or Jaw Line: Mouth and/or Ovaries

Poor dental hygiene, especially those involving the gums, is often reflected by blemishes in the jaw line. Regular brushing and flossing, as well as avoiding sweet foods, could help relieve the lower cheeks of blemishes. Women may also experience break outs in this area during or prior to menstruation.

Zone 12 – Chin: Hormones and/ or Small Intestine

When the chin breakouts it’s usually a sign that your hormones are imbalance, which is more likely from stress. The chin can indicate a bad diet because the chin is connected to the small intestines. Try out a new diet that has more fiber, fruit and vegetables. Another thing to do would be to regulate your sleep cycle as this can add more stress.

Zone 14 – Neck: Adrenal Stress and/or Illness

Redness of the neck could indicate adrenal stress. Breakouts could indicate that the body is fighting bacteria to prevent illness. Make sure to drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and lean meat while avoiding unhealthy foods. Get enough sleep and exercise regularly.
