  • Epsom Salts

  • Apple Cider Vinegar

Mix 1/2 cup of epsom salt into the water . Wait until the  water has cooled down so you can soak your feet, mix 2 tablespoons of bentonite clay with 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in a bowl. You can add a little water to thin it out, if needed. Coat your feet in this mixture and let it dry for 10 minutes. Check the water, if the temperature of the water is comfortable, you can  put your feet inside and let them soak for at least 15 minutes.

While your feet bathe, toxins are released from your body. These toxins are often the result of unhealthy eating habits, mainly the consistent consumption of processed foods and saturated fats.
