Kim Kardashian’s got a new goal. This morning she confessed that she wants get her body back to its 2009 shape. “Ughhhh I am 20 pounds lighter here! This was just 5 years ago!” she wrote, adding. “Ok i’m going back on my grind. I gotta get back here!”Now, it’s not like this new mom has been skipping on her fitness. Kim just lost 50 post-pregnancy pounds last year. Plus, the star continues to work out “5 times a week.”
1. The Atkins Diet: “I believe in diets or I will eat anything,” Kim previously told E! News. “When I really need to kick it up, then I’ll do low carbs, like Atkins diet. And then I think it’s just trying to stay consistent, changing the way you eat. Especially after having a baby, it’s really hard. Your body totally changes. 2. Barry’s Boot-camp: Kim goes to both L.A.- and NYC-based which classes for there are now. She attends a class to work on her full body, which focuses on weight and cardio training. The programs she attends are usually using the treadmill at full speed, but luckily, Kim “loves running.”
3. Personal Trainers: Kardashian works with two famous celebrity trainers in past years, Tracy Anderson and Gunnar Peterson.Kim turned to Tracy to get her back into shape after her baby, she has been a client of Gunnar for a long time, who is currently working with her sister Khloe Kardashian and brother Rob Kardashian. Maybe, Kim might join in on one of her siblings sessions soon.
4. Pilates: When she needs tone and shape her core and butt, Kim goes to Pilates Plus in Studio City, California , to work on a piece of equipment called the Megaformer. The class takes about an hour to burn up to 500 calories!
